(I)1.) Celebration wall created in Velocity with a vision of motivation.
2.) On Celebration wall we have updated the photographs of different activities i.e
(a) Educational program- actualized learning training program, fire training program.
(b) Social Activity- For dyaneswar palki duties medical camps, environment day celebration through plantation
(c) Personal Safety - Helmet distribution, Vaccination For swine flu, Eye drop distribution for conjunctivitis
(d) Festival Celeration - Ganesh Chuchurthi festival, Navratri Dandiya, Diwali- Deep Mohotsav,Dahi Handi
(e) Sports Activity - Sport Day
(f) Get Together - Get Together At Singadh.
Due to Celebration wall creation we are hoping for creating a prosperous and happy relationship among the employees within the organization.
(II) Month End activity completed successfully at Velocity. Pidilite, Lupin & Adani depots has completed there month end dispatching & even stock taking on 1st Feb 2011. Congratulation to all the teams.Inspite of heavy load Wockhardt & Amway completed there activities on 2nd Feb 2011.
(III) We are proud on Mr. Ganesh Modak& his Team of Pidilite for hatric achievement of 70 out of 70 marks in CFA rating done by company for the quarter Oct 10 to Dec 10. Hearty Congrats
(IV) The new year 1st month at different depots focused through Project - Customer problem - solution - services.
(a) Staff has shortlisted problems & also came out with the solution. Slogan activities - One Goal One Passion Customer Service, Customer Service....Get ready , Alignment of customer service levels with strategic plan.
