Trainer Mr. Prashant Tamhankar  working with Viskan Logistics and Also guideline Velocity Managing Director Mr. Sanjeev Palod & Mr. Nikhil Palod Conduct this  training  session  Logistics Coordinator , Logistics Manager & Assistant Manager.

b. What is the role of a warehouse manager ?

c. How managerial controls are put in place ?

d. Brain Storming with managers on managerial controls (One & half hours)

e. Dash board.

f. Exceptional reports.

g. Inventory controls / PI systems.

h. Each manager to design their dash board and submit. 

i. Discussing on Dash board and making a combined dash board for all the managers.

j. Managers to roll out the dash board.

           1.      For safety purpose rolling done in staircase Pidilite depot.

           2.      Furniture work is completed Pidilite Depot.

           4.      P & D Stock segregation purpose with board Pidilite Depot.

           5.      For WMS rack Sticking done –Pidilite Depot.

           6.      Adani Depot 1^st rank in year 2015-2016

           7.      We have achieved month end dispatches before 31^st May 2016 Lupin Depot.

           8.      Expiry completed up to April 2016 Lupin Depot.

           9.      Sticking activity completed as per average sale of 25^th May 2016 Lupin Depot.

         10. Goods arrangement as per storage condition.  

         11. Nutricia Mr. Shailesh Soni visited also in HO meeting Shir. Sanjeev Palod , Mr. Sudhakar & Mr. Deepak Vazirani has                       appreciated service.

         12. Greatwhite all replacement & FGR brought online.

         13. Concrete road is in process .

         14. Security inward process started & computer shifted in security.
