From the desk of the chairman ''Be a player not a spectator''

I have given the massage that in the life there are two types of people in the game.
  1. The Spectator – The spectator claps for the game, criticize the player but do not add any value in the game, and also he has to pay for a ticket to see the game.

  1. The Player – The player can win the game he don’t have to pay anything, on the quaternary he is on the focus of everybody.

Like that in the real life you be a player not a spectator , if you want bring real change in the life , only player can grow, the spectator cannot grow.

In the last month Oct-2011 was very auspicious month because in this month we have celebrated the holly festival “Dasara & Diwali”.

 We have celebrated the diwali in big way at Velocity Logistics. On that auspicious day we have arranged ‘Deepprajwlan’ and ‘Dandiya programme’ . The people participation and the energy level of the participant was on the top. The programme was followed by the delicious dinner specially prepared by “Mrs.Sharda Palod”.

 In address to all our staff, I have stated that the value of the organization and however individual is doing best to improve performance of the organization, also we have started the new things for the employees like training programme, commodity supply etc.in last few year and also in the next year what we intend to start which will be for the beneficial for the employees.

We have given prices for the:
  • Best customer service award to “Pidilite Depot”.
  • Mr.Asfak was awarded for the personality development, improvement in the working skills.

I have expressed the satisfaction towards the teamwork and overall work of the last year of all depots. However there is always scope for better & better improvement and we have decided to take our performance at the new heights.


How to improve your performance?
 You can improve your performance if you start spending more time on the few activities and tasks that can make the difference in your life like,
  1. Concentrating mainly on your important task to do and finish it completely is the key to great performance.

  1. The three D’s to improve your performance.
  • Make a Decision to develop the hobbies of the task completion.
  • Discipline yourself to practice the principle you have learn over & over until they become automatic.
  • Determination is the key factor to improve the performance.
