Review Of The Week (15th Nov 2010- 20th Nov 2010)

(1.) We are glad to inform you that Mr. Virendra Negi, the business ad-visor & mentor for many pharmaceutical distributor had visited our premises as on 17th Nov 2010.

(2.) He had admired our services, HR policy, integrity with the co. etc.

(3.) He has given some insights & broadening our visions & advice us to expand our vision.

(4.) He has advised us that C & F is not only Clearing & Forwarding Agent but he is the Brand Ambassador of the company.

(5.) As per him we should send all the company's achievement & company future plans to our customers.

(6.) The customer should look us as a company & not as just C & F Agent of the company.

(7.) He had also advised all of us to put banner, company photographs in the warehouse on the pillars.

(8.)We thank him very much for his valuable advice & assured him that we will follow those advices in upcoming days.

(9.) As per him, in the next coming years the company will prefer to those C & F Agent who are following good warehouse practices(GWP) which includes security, safety & hygiene factors.

(11.) Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharya(BM) Exide had visited our premises for the first time on 20th Nov 2010.

Deep Mahotsav with Fire show - 2010

From 1^st to 7^th November 2010 Activity at Velocity

Deep Mohatsav   has   celebrated on 2^nd November at Velocity ,  with  full of Light & Joy .

Enlighten first Deep by Sanjeev & Sharda  Palod  followed by Nikhil Palod & Velocity staff team.        

After that Sanjeev Palod & Nikhil Palod has addressed to all.

. Palod told that Deep Mohatsav indicated that we are heading towards the light from darkness. Also it is the sign of going towards upgrading our Knowledge.

Also at this occasion long service award has been given to .Ganesh Modak. Depot Manager Pidilite who is

with our organization from  day 1st.

                                          

As we had celebrated Navratri Dandiya on 15/10/2010   , we have given the Best Dress up award to Anil Pardeshi & Best Dandiaya player award to  Mangesh.

                                

After this all the team has taken Dinner specially organized by Shardha Palod for all staff. Thanks to her for giving a lot of time & personal attention for making very tasty preparation of Pav Bhaji & Pullav .

Thanks to following team for doing lot of Good work under leader ship of Avinash Wani for successfully conducting this Deep Mohatsav.

1)     Yogita, Ashwini  has made  Beautiful colorful Rangoli at Ground.

2)     Swati , .Kakade   prepared Garlands for all.

3)     Rahul Bansode, Ganesh Omble has installed Akash Kandil, Lighting, Sound arrangement etc.

                           This Weak Achievements of organization.

1)     Depot Wockhardt   has completed all dispatches on 1^st afternoon only.

2)     Lupin  depot also achieved their set target of 19 days DSO & 140% collection in October .Lot of efforts taken by Kishor & Nitin congratulation them & team.

3)     Ganesh Omble and his team self assess the K.R.A Point and got the marks above  92% every month congratulate to .Ganesh and his team. also give the compliments to  Kaushik Mitra ,under his leadership they have achieved the K.R.A.

On 12^th Nov at 4.04 pm Sanjeev L Palod will Share with Manager & General Manager  at Velocity the key points of the book “EXECUTION” written by World famous author .Ram Charan ,Global business advisor.
