Achievement/ Activity in depot’s velocity for month/ Visitors  in Company.

Pidilite Depot   :-      1. Successfully GST billing is started

                                     2. Successfully Modvat billing & Dispatching is completed in June 2017.

                                     3. Stock variance , Transfer Audit, Damage stock Audit & Modvat stock audit is                                           completed successfully.

Symphony Depot :- 4. All the spare part stock checking is done &  physically stock is match with 

                                         book stock.

Adani Depot   :-        5. AWL & GVAPL Staple Food Area  Bifurcation Done & Display Name Pelt In                                             Wall & also demarcation for loading & unloading area.

Amway Depot :-       6. Highest Loading & unloading done in June 2017, Total 17127 cases                                                          dispatched.

                                    7. Increasing dispatch efficiency by 1064 cases in a one day which is highest                                                dispatch cases in one day.

Kamani :-                   8. All loose Oil stock is clear by making the customer invoice & dispatched.

                                     9. Loose oil area cleaning done.          

Nutricia :-                 10. Closing successfully done by single operator with Mr. Vishal Modak

                                   11. Singhi audit closing GST stock successful 100% accuracy which is

                                         appreciated by HO.

                                   12. External extended to Nutricia operations start the same manpower 

                                         smoothly work done. 

Wock.:-                     13. External GST stock audit successfully done.              

Lupin  :-                    14. GST numbers updated on 15^th June 2017 of all party.

                                  15. All SGR goods finalized which good received 22 June 2017.

                                  16. Expiry claim highest amount achieved.

                                  17. In critical situation we are achieved 83% sale.
