PASSING THE BUCK WOULD NOT PROMOTE YOU!!!

1) AFTER THE CRISES AT WORK THERE IS OFTEN LOT OF FINGER POINTING.


2) REMEMBER WHEN YOU POINT FINGER ON OTHERS FOUR FINGERS ARE POINTING TOWARDS YOU.

3) VERY FEW PEOPLE POINT THE FINGER OF RESPONSIBILITY AT THEMSELVES.

4) THE HARD CORE FACT IS PASSING THE BUCK ON OTHER DOES NOT BUILD YOUR CHARACTER OR GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKE.
5) MY SUGGESTION TO ALL OF YOU IS ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO REMEMBER FOUR WORDS


‘HELP MORE JUDGE LESS’

6) TRY TO GET THE PEOPLE TO FOCUS ON A FUTURE WHICH THEY CAN INFLUENCE NOT A PAST WHICH THEY CAN NOT CHANGE ANYWHERE.
7) TRU TO GET THE PEOPLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN BEHAVIOUR BECAUSE WE CAN NOT ALWAYS CHANGE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DONE BUT WE CAN CERTAINTLY CHANCE OURSELF.
8) ASK EVERYONE A SIMPLE QUESTION ‘WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM CRISES?’


9) FIND THE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNICATION & BUILD TEAM WORK.

10) MOST IMPORTANTLY ENCOURAGE EACH PERSON TO AVOID SPEAKING, WHEN HE IS ANGRY.


SO MORAL OF THE STORY IS TAKE RESPOSIBILITY AND NEVER PASS THE BUCK ON OTHERS. IT WILL SURELY LEAD YOU TOWARDS THE PROGRESS.

From Pharma Depot.
      In Lupin ltd., & Wockhardt  Ltd.,  inspite of all order pressure in the end of the month both depot team completed their dispatches by 2nd of June.
Good Job done  by team.

For conducting the training for the Staff on “ Effective communication Skill “ Mr. Anil Mathur … GM logistics & commercial of Lupin Ltd appreciated this activity. Also Madam Ashu  Gupta  .. VP- SCM of Wockhardt ltd., also sent email that it is a good work.


MR SWAMINATHAN AND MR ROOPKUMAR AHAS VISITED OUR PIDILITE DEPOT AND THEY HAS APPRECIATED OUR DAILY KRA ACTIVITY.
A)   THEY HAVE LAUNCHED THEIR NEW SYSTEM FROM PUNE
B)   IN ADANI DEPOT, EXTERNAL AUDIT WAS DONE IN THIS MR DAS AND COMPANY PEOPLE’S APPRCIATED THE STOCK SYSTEM  MAINTAINED BY MR SURVASE.
C)   IN AMWAY DEPOT , NEW KRA ASSESSMENT WAS DONE BY MR GANESH  AND IN THIS MR GANESH AND HIS TEAM HAVE ACHIEVED 96%.
D)   IN EXIDE DEPOT, MR SANTOSH ZENDE AND HIS TEAM HAS TAKEN INITIATIVE FOR DAILY PHYSICAL AND BIN CARD STOCK MATCHING.
MR TANAJI KAKDE IS APPOINTED AS HR HEAD .
HE IS HAVING VAST EXPERIENCE OF THE PEOPLE HANDLING. HE HAS WORKED IN WOCKHARDT AND EXIDE DEPOT AS DEPOT INCHARGE.CONGRATS TO HIM FROM ALL ORGANISATION.

    5Th June 2011 ‘World Environment Day’ program.
Every year we celebrate ‘World Environment day’ by conducting a       plantation drive. It also marks the beginning of plantations for the year.


At this occasion  Mr. Avinash Wani has updated to all that this   year is the   ” Year of the Forests” & immediately Mr. Palod has declared that  for entire year we are going to do plantation at Velocity &  different places to preserve the forest & develop it.
