PASSING THE BUCK WOULD NOT PROMOTE YOU!!!



1) AFTER THE CRISES AT WORK THERE IS OFTEN LOT OF FINGER POINTING.

2) REMEMBER WHEN YOU POINT FINGER ON OTHERS FOUR FINGERS ARE POINTING TOWARDS YOU.

3) VERY FEW PEOPLE POINT THE FINGER OF RESPONSIBILITY AT THEMSELVES.

4) THE HARD CORE FACT IS PASSING THE BUCK ON OTHER DOES NOT BUILD YOUR CHARACTER OR GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKE.
IN SHORT IT DOES NOT TAKE YOU THE NEXT LEVEL.

5) MY SUGGESTION TO ALL OF YOU IS TO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO REMEMBER FOUR WORDS
‘HELP MORE JUDGE LESS’

6) TRY TO GET THE PEOPLE TO FOCUS ON A FUTURE WHICH THEY CAN INFLUENCE NOT A PAST WHICH THEY CAN NOT CHANGE ANYWHERE.

7) TRY TO GET THE PEOPLE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN BEHAVIOUR BECAUSE WE CAN NOT ALWAYS CHANGE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DONE BUT WE CAN CERTAINTLY CHANCE OURSELF.

8) ASK EVERYONE A SIMPLE QUESTION ‘WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM CRISES?’


9) FIND THE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNICATION & BUILD TEAM WORK.

10) MOST IMPORTANTLY ENCOURAGE EACH PERSON TO AVOID SPEAKING, WHEN HE IS ANGRY.

 SO MORAL OF THE STORY IS TAKE RESPOSIBILITY AND NEVER PASS THE BUCK ON OTHERS. IT WILL SURELY LEAD YOU TOWARDS THE PROGRESS.
