Velocity has arranged a Warehouse Layout activity dated  05.01.2018. The response from the velocity employee was quite appreciated , all the depots Layout were  beautifully designed on warehouse It was neck to neck  competition between depots. Velocity heartily  appreciate the participation of all the employee.

The runner up depot of the Warehouse Layout was (Amway Depot) Team And the winner was Wockhardt  Depot Team we congratulate (Amway Depot) & Wockhardt depot Team for their innovative Warehouse Layout in depot.

Achievement/ Activity in depot’s velocity for month/ Visitors  in Company. 

Pidilite Depot  :-       1. Self audit done successfully.

                                 2. Achieved KRA 91%

Symphony Depot :-   3. Successfully full stock audit done by HO auditor.

                                 4. Successfully started operation for additional 5000 sq feet warehouse.

Adani                       5. Received trophy form company for best warehouse for year 2016-2017.

                                6. Mega housekeeping done and PPT send to HO.

Kamani :-                7. Documentation & stock audit done successfully by HO auditor.

Wock.                      8. All pending credit note final last two months.

                                9. Clod Chain Training given to staff.                  

Nutricia :-              10. Cheque utilization given to all parties in mail and also maintain the record in Excel.                                            Appreciated received from party as well as field staff.

                             11. Surprises audit successfully done by HO.

Wanbury:-            12. Self audit done successfully in all three depot. (Linux, Delcure & Wanbury)

Amway:-              13. Amway depot has been working great and improved performance of the depot.

Cabin:-                14. Canteen new abron given to canteen staff.

SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN

Greetings for the day !

                      As we all know that "SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN" Fever is going on everywhere and It is very necessary to tackle sanitation and waste management issues in the country, which will also be a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 149^th  birth anniversary.

         We have Joined hands with our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for the same & decided to make cleanliness a mass movement at our Velocity  Supply Chain Pvt Ltd. to increase awareness among the peoples & share  to every Individuals.

         With an aim to promote awareness about importance of hygiene where We joined all velocity staff and managers, directors in cleaning the campus  warehouse.

Following are the actions we have taken to clean our campus .

 1. Mr. Sanjeev Palod, Nikhil Palod and HR Manager explain the importance of

     Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and created the awareness.

 2. Unwanted things removed from warehouse as well as from external area .

 3. OLD Files & Records Shift to Record room area .

 4. Clean warehouse storage area & office area .

 5. Under pallet cleaning & deducting of material of whole area of  storage .

 6. Kept Big dustbin outside of warehouse .

 7. Drawers Cleaned from Inside, under table cleanliness.

 8. Every member of velocity was involved in activity.

 9. We have clean all the garbage and leaf back site the warehouse.

10. Because of teamwork, the activity went very successfully and increase

      hygiene in the velocity.

v Achievement/ Activity in depot’s velocity for month/ Visitors  in Company. 

Pidilite Depot   :-       1. Successfully started GST billing from 2nd July 2017 with 25 % Sales growth in July 2017                                  month.

                                  2. All the company requirement, report regarding GST is fulfill before time limit given by                                          HO.

                                 3. Division wise store incharge & labors fixed for fast dispatches.

                                 4. Dispatch efficiency achieved 94% in July month.

Symphony Depot :-  5. New MRP Stickering done for Total 7589 cooler with in 7 days as per given time by H.O. also

                                     dispatched 5222 coolers from dt.25.07.2017 to 31.07.2017.

                                 6. Two time appreciation received from Mr. Haresh Acharya ( Jr. Asst. Manager Logistic) for

                                    dispatched more than 1500 coolers in one day.

                                7. Total Order received for 44648 coolers before 31.07.2017. It is maximum order qty received

                                     before July month.

Adani Depot   :-       8. Mega housekeeping activity done.

                                9. Appreciation received from Mr. Sandipan Roy ( Assistant Manager SCM)  for updated visit

                                        point status by mail on time.

Amway Depot :-    10. Successfully completed  GST billing in July 2017 month.

Kamani :-             11. Highest Sale growth  55 %  in last month July 2017 . ( Total  loading Tonnage 200 )                

Lupin  :-                12. Highest sale 1610.45 lakh.

                              13. Achieve Expiry and Brakeage target in month of July 2017.

                              14. Appreciation received form Lupin company for completed target of 108 claims within week. 

G.W. :-                  15. WMS under process & implemented.

Wock.:-                 16. Quality audit done successfully.  

H.B.:-                   17. All sales return expired stock destruction done. 

                             18. Stock Audit successfully done with 100% accuracy.

                             19. Pink filling done for all register & files.

Velocity:-             20. 5 ‘S’ process under implementation.
