DIWALI GET TOGETHER

As every year the festival of DIWALI was celebrated with lots of brightness in the form of DEEPOTSAV   on dated  05/11/2018 Monday. On the occasion of "Diwali" “VELOCITY SUPPLY CHAIN PVT LTD.” WAS enlightened by Deep  Over where enlightened to mark the importance of this prosperous festival in our lives .

 On this auspicious  occasion we invited Mr. Dinesh Tarate (Sr. RSM Lupin Ltd.–Pune), Sanjay Jadhav (Sr. RSM Lupin Ltd.-Pune) as our chief guest and the presence of MD .Mr. Sanjeev L. Palod , Nikhil palod , Mrs . Sharda S. Palod  & Mrs. Ankita Palod made our programme more brighter and happier .

The programme was started at 6:00 pm through “DEEP PRAJWALAN” by our HN. Chief guest  & Mr. Sanjeev L. Palod  , Nikhil palod , Mrs . Sharda S. palod & Ankita Palod.

Then carrying  on by giving up the best Depot  of the year  which was given to Wockhardt Ltd., facilitated by our MD.  And  then it was carried on by the which concludes Blessings of our MD and the Further development planning and  future  vision and mission of our organization “ VELOCITY SUPPLY CHAIN PVT.LTD.”

The function was followed by Gift distribution & Declare Dinner to all employee & Staff.

"SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN"

Greetings for the day !

                      As we all know that "SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN" Fever is going on everywhere and It is very necessary to tackle sanitation and waste management issues in the country, which will also be a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150^th  birth anniversary.

         We have Joined hands with our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for the same & decided to make cleanliness a mass movement at our Velocity  Supply Chain Pvt Ltd. to increase awareness among the peoples & share  to every Individuals.

         With an aim to promote awareness about importance of hygiene where We joined all velocity staff and managers, directors in cleaning the campus  warehouse.

Following are the actions we have taken to clean our campus .

 1. Mr. Sanjeev Palod, Nikhil Palod and HR Manager explain the importance of

     Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and created the awareness.

 2. Unwanted things removed from warehouse as well as from external area .

 3. OLD Files & Records Shift to Record room area .

 4. Clean warehouse storage area & office area .

 5. Under pallet cleaning & deducting of material of whole area of  storage .

 6. Kept Big dustbin outside of warehouse .

 7. Drawers Cleaned from Inside, under table cleanliness.

 8. Every member of velocity was involved in activity.

 9. We have clean all the garbage and leaf back site the warehouse.

10. Because of teamwork, the activity went very successfully and increase

      hygiene in the velocity organization & Campus .

Symphony Depot:- 4. Maximum stock movement done in this month Total Loading & Unloading                                           Qty is 29827.

                                     5. Spare Part Stock Maintain with 100% Accuracy.

                                     6. Appreciation Received from Senior Logistic Manager for Maximum                                                      Dispatches in 1 Day total 2063  Dispatched & 574 Unloading.

Adani :-                      7. Mega housekeeping day arranged.                            

Kamani :-                   8. All Damage stock cleaned.

Amway:-                    9.  Star of the month activity done.

                                   10. Stock checking done with all division 100%.

Paper Boat :-           11. Warehouse Stock Audit & Quality Audit Successfully Done by External                                                Auditor.

                                   12. All BBD & Expired stock Destruction Done.

VLCC:-                       13. All the MRN of Old CFA Finalization Complete.

                                   14. Also update the Transportation details in System with E Way Bill                                                           details.will continue in Every Month.

Nutricia:-                  15. Successfully complete the Closing Dispatches in Time Frame without 

                                         Error with New Dispatch Team.

                                   16.  Start New SMS Service with LR Details & Transporter Contact                                                              Details.
