PALAKHI SOHALA
As we all know that Dyaneshwar palkhi Procession is a biggest Palkhi procession in India

Every year 5 to 6 lacs PILGRIMS of " Dnyaneshwar Palkhi" walks from Alandi to Pandhpur for this Palkhi

Every year we arrange MEDICINE CAMP along with “SHIVTEJ MITRA MANDAL Wadki” &  trained  Doctors.

This year also Palkhi procession was done on 15.06.2012.

We have arranged a BIG MEDICINE CAMP along with Train doctors

We have distributed free medicines, Water, First Aid boxes &
some eatables,pouches of soap ,oil, zendubam & Halls to the PILGRIMS.

This activity started at 8.00 A.M. & concluded at 4.00 P.M.

Wockhardt depot has started fix root dispatch for Satara, Karad, Kolhapur, Ichalkarnji. They take orders from dealers on Monday & Tuesday till 02:00Pm and load our company vehicle which delivery done of next day i.e. Wednesday Because of this  delivery time is improved and also dealers get material properly and in good condition. 
They had cleared their  all dispatches on 02.06.2012 & completed  stock taking on 03.06.2012

MONTHLY MEETING (COFFEE WITH M.D)


MONTHLY MEETING (COFFEE WITH MD) 
A coffee meeting held on 7th June 2012. With all Depot managers and our respected (MD) Mr. S.L.Palod sir.
Coffee: - A brewed beverage from roasted seeds from coffee plants. The roasted seeds are what are more commonly called coffee bear if you haven’t already noticed, it has stimulating effect on humans.
This simulating effect was contributed in the form of our special meeting in our company. Which was named as “Coffee with MD” was really a knowledgeable meeting.
In this meeting there was an important point which is put up by Mr. Sanjeev Palod (MD) which concludes 
·         Water & Canteen
·         Hygiene
·         Grains Supply
·         Training
Therefore a discussion was made on further points & committee was appointed on every point & suggests to find out solutions for develop & maintain standardization of an Organization.
The name of the committee and committee members as follows:-

Warehousing Seminar , cold chain Seminar Attneded By Mr.Sanjeev Palod & Mr.Nikhil Palod


Mr. Sanjeev Palod has attended the seminar on total ware house solution in New Delhi at Pragati Maidan, In the seminar reputed company had their stalls, displaying their products like Aluminum Profile, Trolley, Conveyor Belt , Storage Rack etc.
We are glad to inform you that shortly our Velocity ware houses will upgrade Infrastructure with conveyor belt, racks, trolley etc. & quality warehousing (such as Pink filing, Deamrkations ,asset lists) which will increase the efficiency & reduce the work load of labors.

Also , We are glad to inform you that Mr.Nikhil Palod has attended OPPI a day long seminar on improving “Cold Chain Management” in pharmaceutical industry on 7th May 2012 at Nehru Planetarium Hall Worli Mumbai.
OPPI highlights key issue in cold chain transport of pharma goods.
1)      Insulin & vaccines sector in india growing at 25 % per annum.
2)      While india’s manufacturing infrastructure is at par with the best in the world distribution infrastructure lags behind.
3)      Cold Chain infrastructure in india even at metros was indeed of overhaul. A casual approach & untrained manpower was hindering growth of pharma exports.
4)      All the stages of cold chain which included storage, handling & distribution tracking & monitoring of the products are essential to protect the quality of temperature sensitive product.
5)      For effect to cold chain management control & monitoring through hardware by bay of data loggers, software application, training as well as analytic & reporting programs services is must to support customer.
6)      WHO has formulated guideline & model requirement for storage & transport of time & temperature sensitive products. The new guidelines are aimed at setting global standers & bringing developed countries methodology in cold chain management developing countries.
7)      Only specialized or dedicated logistic services providers with define procedure & trained staff should be appointed.
8)      Compressive standards operating procedures (SOP) should be in place for distribution & storage of vaccine & cold chain products.

OBJECTIVE OF SADACHAR DAY
To create a clean, hygienic and safe work place and work environment by including the habit of good working practices, personal organization. M/S Pidilite started new activity “Sadachar Day “for developing work quality, efficiency, accuracy, Safty
 They are conducting such activity at C&FA’s and developing Standard Operating Procedure. Which is successfully conducted at Pune CFA –ware house on 25th April’12? Mr.Atul Kambli (ware house head )&Mr.B.M Nayak (Transportation head ) alon with Mandar Kulkarni  (Regional ware house head) & Dilip Pujari (Regional logistic account head) Visited Pune CFA to educate us on Sadachar practices which contents communication atticates, systematic storage etc.  The visitors also had a round around warehouse and expressed satisfaction over the hygiene, cleanliness, neatness, filing systems and condition of stocks.

The 'Sadachar' has been successfully conducted at Pune CFA - Warehouse on
25th April'12. Mr. Atul Kambli  & Mr. B.M.Nayak visited Pune CFA and
observed the notable improvements on shop floor. Everyone appreciated the
efforts put in by all members of Pune CFA for systematic storage of stocks
and processes followed by them.The visitors also also had a round around
warehouse and expressed satisfaction over the
hygiene,cleaniliness,neatness ,filing systems and condition of stocks.

Mr. Sajeev Pallod, the Pune CFA owner acknowledged the initiative taken by
Pidilite and expressed his enlightenment over the fact that such activity
has been followed by M/S Pidilite for the first time in their shop floor
though they are handling CFA activity for several other companies.
